You've spent time on your home world studying the sector, gazing at double suns, obsessing over robotics or alien lore, or cutting class at the academy to race pods across vast expanses of terrain and through twisting canyons. You've logged more hours staring at star charts than most Spacers have spent breathing recycled air. The reach is vast, indifferent, and full of things that want you dead — and you wouldn't have it any other way. The journey has only just begun.

You're versed in the art of concealment, charisma, quick escapes, and ensuring you're never caught — unless it's part of the plan. Every port has a back door if you know where to look, and every official has a price if you know how to ask. You've built a career out of moving things that weren't supposed to move, through places that weren't supposed to let them through. You may equip a Blaster, Energy Shield, and light armor as your defense. The rest is improvisation.

You have developed expertise in the repair and maintenance of space machinery — drives, weapons, life support, bots, and everything in between. It is often a thankless job, but your skills are the difference between drifting cold and making it home. You can fix almost anything with almost nothing. Wire, scrap, duct tape, bottle caps — give you ten minutes and a reason, and you'll make it work. Others fight for the ship. You are the reason there's still a ship to fight for.

You are a blend of human and machine — a testament to the marvels of science and the limits of what a body can survive. Your cells are hardwired. Your reflexes are engineered. But you are still human enough to feel, to perspire, and to die. There are no restrictions on the weapons you carry or the armor you wear. On the battlefield, you are the closest thing the reach has to a force of nature.
